Careers at SkyPSI

Build the company behind the Operators.

SkyPSI is a technology-enabled commercial-cleaning company helping the next generation of working-class people use robotics to start and grow independent businesses, beginning with drone cleaning.

Why SkyPSI

Commercial demand. Independent Operators. One company behind both.

SkyPSI gives commercial property teams one accountable company for the customer relationship, scope, quality, billing, and correction path. Around that demand, we are building the products, training, support, logistics, and operating systems that help independent Operators put professional robotics to work.

Founder Vic Pellicano taught himself to code at 13. He bootstrapped Verenia's NetSuite CPQ business to an Oracle acquisition and Avianna to a Lucid Bots acquisition. SkyPSI is his next build: a founder-backed company at the intersection of commercial service, robotics, AI, and independent business ownership.

Open Roles

Build the demand, the network, and what connects them.

We are building a small, high-agency team of people who take ownership, move fast, tell the truth, and finish the work. These are hands-on roles. Titles matter less than the outcomes you create.

01 · Events · Top Priority

Events Manager

Throw the events everyone else talks about.

We intend to produce the best events in the industry, and we want the best and brightest to make that real. We will bring live machines, working properties, serious Operators, great hospitality, and ambitious people together in rooms they remember because the future became tangible.

What you will own

  • Build the event calendar across live demonstrations, launches, Operator gatherings, customer events, field days, trade shows, and the unexpected formats no one else has tried.
  • Own the complete experience: venue, vendors, production, run of show, guest journey, budget, safety and field logistics, lead capture, content capture, and follow-through.
  • Work across Marketing, Sales, Product, Services, partners, and Operators so every event creates real relationships and real business movement.
  • Turn one-off brilliance into repeatable playbooks without making the next event feel copied.

You might be the one if

  • You have produced complex live experiences and can show exactly what made them exceptional.
  • Your taste is as strong as your project management. You care about the room, the timing, the sound, the arrival, the handoff, and the final ten percent.
  • You are calm when the plan changes, strong with vendors, generous with guests, and willing to travel and work where the action is.
  • You measure what the event did, not just how many people checked in.

02 · Commercial Sales

Commercial Account Executive

Win the properties that become the work.

Sell complete commercial cleaning outcomes, beginning with glass, facades, and exterior care. You will help property owners, managers, facilities leaders, and engineers solve a real operating problem, then bring the right SkyPSI team together to scope it, close it, and deliver it. This is an individual-contributor seat for an early-career commercial-services seller ready to build a repeatable motion in DFW.

What you will own

  • Build a disciplined pipeline across Dallas-Fort Worth and the commercial property relationships that matter.
  • Prospect, run discovery, coordinate property reviews, shape scopes with Services and Operations, navigate procurement, negotiate, close, and expand accounts.
  • Sell the accountable result and the method-fit judgment behind it, not a drone looking for a reason to fly.
  • Keep the CRM, next step, forecast, and customer commitments exact.

You might be the one if

  • You have closed B2B service agreements. Commercial real estate, facilities, property services, or complex field services experience is especially useful.
  • You can hunt, build relationships, and run a repeatable process. A rolodex without a system is not enough.
  • You are credible in an executive meeting and equally comfortable walking a property with the operating team.
  • You finish the follow-through that turns one job into a portfolio relationship.

03 · Operator Sales

Operator Account Executive

Find the people who can build the network.

Help motivated entrepreneurs and established service businesses decide whether the SkyPSI Operator path fits what they want to build. You will sell a bold vision with precision: professional equipment, real training, serious support, and the defining Operator Pro difference. Every Operator Pro business that completes qualification receives one real, separately paid commercial cleaning job. Additional paid work may be offered as SkyPSI wins more property contracts, but is not guaranteed.

What you will own

  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified cleaning businesses, owner-operators, and high-agency entrepreneurs.
  • Run consultative discovery around goals, operating readiness, market, team, and fit.
  • Present the Operator product family accurately, handle hard questions, move serious candidates through the decision, and keep the forecast honest.
  • Bring prospects into demonstrations and events, then coordinate a clean handoff into onboarding, training, Product, and Operations.

You might be the one if

  • You have sold a high-consideration B2B product, equipment program, channel relationship, or owner-operated business offering.
  • You understand the person across the table is building an independent business, not taking a job.
  • You can carry energy without hype and ambition without overpromising outcomes.
  • You are relentless about pipeline discipline, clear communication, and the next step.

04 · Product

Product Manager

Turn the offer into a product people can actually run.

Own the coherence of the Operator product family and the packaging that connects it to SkyPSI Services. The product spans software, equipment, service, and logistics as one complete experience across the offer, onboarding, hardware, training, support, qualification, field work, records, renewal, and return.

What you will own

  • Shape packaging, requirements, priorities, launch readiness, and the roadmap across Operator and Services needs.
  • Translate feedback from customers, Operators, Sales, training, field teams, and support into clear product decisions.
  • Coordinate equipment readiness, fulfillment, shipping, replacements, returns, documentation, and dependencies with Operations and vendors.
  • Define what success means, keep decisions visible, and make sure the promise sold can be delivered cleanly.

You might be the one if

  • You are a hands-on zero-to-one product operator who can manage physical, digital, service, and logistics pieces as one customer experience.
  • You talk to the people doing the work and turn what you learn into requirements, tradeoffs, and shipped improvements.
  • You turn roadmaps, backlogs, and process diagrams into decisions people can execute.
  • You can bring clarity to a moving system without sanding off its ambition.

05 · Operations

Operations Manager

Make the company run clean.

This is the role for someone who sees the unglamorous work and owns it before it becomes a problem. Inventory, equipment records, shipping, vendor follow-up, field logistics, checklists, exceptions, and the hundred small handoffs that determine whether a company feels sharp or sloppy.

What you will own

  • Coordinate purchasing, inventory accuracy, receiving, flight-kit and accessory records, fulfillment, shipping, returns, loaners, and wear parts.
  • Support the operational details behind training, events, field work, customer delivery, and the Operator experience.
  • Build the checklists, standard work, operating cadences, and exception queues that keep commitments from falling through the cracks.
  • Find broken handoffs across Product, Services, Sales, and vendors, then fix the system and close the loop.

You might be the one if

  • You have run operations, fulfillment, field service, logistics, inventory, or the back office of a growing service business.
  • You love accuracy, hate dropped balls, and can stay calm while priorities move.
  • You will handle the small thing today because you understand what it becomes tomorrow.
  • You document the truth, communicate early, and finish what you start.
