DRONE
POWERED
EXTERIOR
CLEANING

Drone soft washing, pressure washing, and exterior glass cleaning – plus ground-level and interior cleaning for commercial properties in Dallas–Fort Worth.

Why SkyPSI

Precision at
any altitude.

SkyPSI cleans commercial exteriors from the air – fewer people at height, less staging on the ground, and no disruption to tenants, guests, or entrances. The same crew also covers ground-level washing and interior work, so one partner handles the whole property.

Reduced Work at Height

Fewer personnel on lifts, swing stages, or ropes.

Primary service

Ground Level

Parking structures, plazas, sidewalks, entrances, and loading docks.

Interior

Lobbies, interior glass, hard floors, stairwells, and post-construction cleanup.

The Business Case

Safer, faster,
more often.

See how it works

The figures below apply to drone façade and glass work, where aerial access replaces lifts and swing stages.

No lifts or swing stages

Aerial access removes the equipment rental, staging, and permitting costs behind traditional façade cleaning budgets.

Fewer people at height

Work is run from the ground with the drone at elevation, cutting the risk exposure of rope access and suspended platforms.

Clean more often, for less

A lower cost per cycle makes routine maintenance realistic, keeping façades and glass in better condition for longer.

Every project is performed by certified operators who complete our internal 40-point qualification, and all work is fully insured. Operators & insurance

Common Questions

Commercial FAQ

SkyPSI serves mid- and high-rise commercial properties including office buildings, hotels, senior living communities, medical facilities, multifamily and HOA communities, parking structures, and retail or mixed-use developments. A quick site review confirms whether drone access is the right fit.

Pricing depends on building height, total surface area, the type of cleaning required, and site access conditions. We prepare a fixed-scope quote after reviewing your property, so there are no surprises.

Not every surface is ideal for drone cleaning. We match the method to the material – soft washing for delicate finishes like stucco and EIFS, pressure washing for durable masonry and concrete, and purified-water cleaning for exterior glass. A method-fit review is part of every quote.

No. Drone work is our primary method for façades and exterior glass, but the same certified crew also performs ground-level pressure washing – parking structures, plazas, sidewalks, entrances, loading docks – and project-based interior cleaning such as lobbies, interior glass, hard floors, and post-construction cleanup.

Most projects are completed in a few hours to one or two days, depending on size and scope. We schedule work to minimize disruption to tenants, guests, and daily operations.
