Hotels
A hotel exterior is part of the product. Arrival canopies, porte-cochères, entrance glass, and the first few floors of façade are what a guest evaluates before they reach the desk, and they take the heaviest abuse — vehicle exhaust film, hard-water spotting from irrigation and washdowns, and hand traffic on every glass surface at grade. Upper-floor guest-room glass shows water spotting and runoff staining that reads clearly in photographs and in guest reviews.
The constraint that governs everything on a hotel is guest experience. There is no closing for the day. Work has to fit around check-in and check-out peaks, event and banquet schedules, pool and terrace hours, and quiet periods on occupied guest-room elevations. Drone façade work helps here specifically because it does not require rigging a stage across guest-room windows or parking a lift in the porte-cochère for a week.
Typical scope combines aerial façade and glass work at height with ground-level washing of the arrival sequence and interior glass in the lobby and atrium.
