The OEM Role
OEM training is product training. It teaches the aircraft, its systems, and how to operate it. That instruction is essential. But the trainee is learning equipment, not yet delivering a contracted cleaning outcome for a customer.
The Limit
True on-the-job training requires a live customer, an actual property scope, a crew, production responsibility, and accountability for the cleaning result. A hardware manufacturer can demonstrate its product, but unless it is also the cleaning contractor on that job, it cannot put an operator inside that full commercial experience.
The Cleaning Company
SkyPSI trains the work around the aircraft: cleaning methods and chemistry, surface judgment, site assessment, estimating, safety, customer communication, job execution, documentation, and closeout. Both offers include three in-person training days in DFW.
Learn by Doing
Yes, on SkyPSI's full commercial pathway. After qualification, a SkyPSI foreman supervises one real Services job and trains the operator's crew on site. The operator is paid separately for that work. Both offers include the three training days; the paid activation is not included with every offer.
The Job Book
After qualification and activation, eligible operators can be considered for suitable, separately paid Job Book assignments. These are real SkyPSI jobs, not leads the operator has to quote and close. Future job volume, value, location, and timing are not guaranteed.
