Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SkyPSI collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit a quote request, contact us, or inquire about a career. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

Quote Form Submissions. When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or property name, property address, service type, and any message you provide.

Career Inquiries. When you contact us about a role, we may collect your name, contact details, resume, LinkedIn or portfolio links, employment history, and anything else you choose to include.

Website Usage Data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This includes anonymized page views, device type, browser, and referral source.

How we use your information

  • Respond to quote requests and service inquiries
  • Prepare estimates and schedule site assessments
  • Evaluate career inquiries and communicate about potential roles
  • Improve website performance and user experience
  • Maintain security and prevent spam or abuse
  • Communicate about scheduled work or follow-up services

Service providers we use

We share information only with trusted service providers needed to operate the business and website:

  • Resend – for delivering email notifications from quote forms
  • Google Workspace – for business email and document handling
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads – for consent-gated measurement and advertising
  • Meta – for consent-gated advertising measurement

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a request or career inquiry, maintain business records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information using the contact details below, subject to records we are required to keep.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta tags load only after the matching optional analytics or advertising consent is granted. Before a choice, Consent Mode v2 defaults those categories to denied. You can accept, reject, or customize optional tracking and reopen your choices later with Cookie settings in the site footer.

Separately, our first-party website edge records request, response, and security telemetry needed to operate the site, diagnose failures, detect repeat visits, and prevent abuse. It can include IP address, a first-party visitor identifier derived from IP address and browser signature, browser and device signals, approximate location and network, requested path with query values redacted or pseudonymized, referrer, request headers and cookie names, bot and security signals, response status, and timing. This essential telemetry is always on, is not an advertising pixel, and does not receive quote or application form payloads. It is kept in private operational records under the Data retention terms above.

Your choices and rights

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.
