Operator+ Terms of Service

1. Your account

You sign in with Google and confirm a mobile number. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens on your account and for the people you invite to your company in Operator+. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

2. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown before you buy. Taxes are added where the law requires. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it is fixed.

3. Get paid online

Get paid online uses Stripe Connect. To use it, you open a Stripe connected account and agree directly with Stripe to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement, which incorporates the Stripe Services Agreement. Your account uses Stripe's full Dashboard. Payments go to your Stripe account. Stripe's fees appear on each payment; refunds and disputes are between you and your customer under Stripe's terms. SkyPSI is not a party to the work you sell or to your customers' payments.

4. Connected services

You can connect Google, QuickBooks and other services to Operator+. When you do, you let Sky use them for you as described when you connect and in our Privacy Policy at skypsi.com/privacy. Each service's own terms also apply to your use of it. You can disconnect any time in Settings. We are not responsible for a connected service being unavailable or changing.

5. Sky, your assistant

Sky drafts messages, quotes, proposals, invoices and schedules for you and acts with the permissions you give it. Sky can make mistakes: review what Sky prepares before you rely on it or send it. You are responsible for what you send to your customers and for the prices and promises in it.

6. Your content

What you put in Operator+, and what Sky makes for you from it, is yours. You let SkyPSI host, copy, process and show it only to run, secure and improve Operator+ for you and as our Privacy Policy describes. We do not sell it.

7. Texts and messages you send

When Operator+ sends a text, email or other message for you, you are the sender. You confirm you have the consent the law requires to contact each person, and you honor every opt-out. Do not use Operator+ for spam.

8. Your license and fair use

While you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right during your subscription to access and use Operator+ for your business.

Use Operator+ lawfully and only for your own business. Do not break, probe or overload it, get around its limits or security, copy or resell it, or use it to infringe anyone's rights or harm anyone.

9. Featuring your business

With your permission, we may feature your business in our directory, our marketing and the introductions we make to property managers, as our Privacy Policy describes. You can withdraw that permission any time.

10. Our service

Operator+, Sky, our software and our brand belong to SkyPSI. We keep improving Operator+ and may add, change or retire features. Some features are marked beta and may change more often. If you send us ideas, we may use them freely.

11. Ending

You can stop using Operator+ and close your account any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, with notice when we reasonably can. After an account closes, we delete its data as our Privacy Policy describes, except records the law requires us to keep.

12. Warranty

Operator+ is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, SkyPSI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, SkyPSI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. SkyPSI's total liability for any claim about Operator+ is limited to what you paid SkyPSI for Operator+ in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and hold SkyPSI harmless from claims that arise from your content, the messages you send, your work for your customers, or your breach of these terms.

15. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, have exclusive venue, subject to mandatory law.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect and obtain your affirmative acceptance of changes to payment obligations, data-access permissions, or dispute-resolution terms.
