Operator+ and your Google account
Operator+ is a business system with a digital assistant built in. Sky, your assistant, works beside you every day to help you win more work, run every job smoothly and get paid faster, and Sky keeps getting more capable as we add new features.
Sky can help you:
- Get found by property managers
- Win new customers and properties
- Answer requests and follow up fast
- Write quotes, proposals and invoices
- Schedule jobs and keep crews on time
- Keep every file organized by job
- Send updates to your customers
- Track what you're owed and get paid
- Keep records ready for taxes and loans
And much more, with new ways to help added all the time.
Sky also helps property managers who need your services find you. With your permission, we may feature your business, such as your name, logo, services, service area and the work you do, in our directory, our marketing, and the lists and introductions we share with property managers looking for help.
To do this, Sky works with the Google tools you already use. With your permission, Sky can read and send email for you, manage your calendar, and find, create and save files in your Google Drive, such as the proposals Sky writes for you. You choose what to connect, and you can disconnect any time in Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your Google data stays protected. Featuring your business uses the profile you share with us in Operator+, never your Google data.
- Used only to run Operator+ for you
- Your emails and files stay in Google
- Only the details Sky needs are kept
- Shared only with providers that run it
- Never sold or used for ads
- Never used to train general AI models
- Seen by people only with your OK or by law
- Deleted within 30 days of disconnecting
SkyPSI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Operator+ and your QuickBooks account
Sky keeps your books in step with your jobs. When you connect QuickBooks Online, every invoice you send from Operator+ goes to your QuickBooks company, with its customer, and its payment follows once your customer pays.
Sky can:
- Add your customers to QuickBooks
- Send each invoice once it goes out
- Update an invoice when you change it
- Record each payment when it comes in
To do this, Operator+ connects to your QuickBooks company through Intuit with your permission. Sky adds the customers, invoices and payments you make in Operator+, and reads only what it needs to file them in the right place, such as your company name, your customer names and your income account. You choose whether to connect, and you can disconnect any time in Settings or in QuickBooks under Apps.
If you disconnect in Operator+, we attempt to revoke the Intuit connection and immediately delete our local connection and sync-mapping records. If you disconnect in QuickBooks, our next successful authorization check detects it; we delete those local records within 30 days after detection. Detection can take longer if a check fails. Records already sent to QuickBooks remain in your QuickBooks account.
Your QuickBooks data stays protected. We store your QuickBooks company identifier and name, a protected refresh token, connection status and timestamps, and sync-mapping identifiers and sync tokens needed to keep linked records in sync. We do not store your QuickBooks password.
- Used only to run Operator+ for you

- Only the details Sky needs are kept
- Shared only with providers that run it
- Never sold or used for ads
- Never used to train general AI models
- Seen by people only with your OK or by law
- Deleted after you disconnect, as set out above
Operator+ and Stripe
Get paid online lets your customers pay your invoices by card or bank, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Stripe verifies your business, handles every payment and pays you out.
Stripe processes customers' full card or bank details. Operator+ stores payment references and transaction details, including method type and masked brand or bank label and last four digits; it does not store full card or bank-account numbers. These are kept so your invoices show what is paid and when it lands. Stripe's privacy policy, at stripe.com/privacy, covers what Stripe collects.
Operator+ retains invoice and payment records for seven years after each transaction, then deletes or de-identifies them, except records needed for a pending dispute, fraud/security investigation, or other legal obligation. Stripe separately retains its records under its agreements and privacy policy.

Data retention
We retain personal information only as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a request or career inquiry, maintain business records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information using the contact details below, subject to records we are required to keep.
Cookies and tracking technologies
In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Brazil and Canada, and wherever we cannot tell your location, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta tags load only after you grant the matching analytics or advertising consent; until then Consent Mode v2 sets those categories to denied. Elsewhere these tags load when you arrive, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser turns advertising tags off. Anywhere, you can accept, reject, or customize optional tracking with Cookie settings in the site footer.
Separately, our first-party website edge records request, response, and security telemetry needed to operate the site, diagnose failures, detect repeat visits, and prevent abuse. It can include IP address, a first-party visitor identifier derived from IP address and browser signature, browser and device signals, approximate location and network, requested path with query values redacted or pseudonymized, referrer, request headers and cookie names, bot and security signals, response status, and timing. This essential telemetry is always on, is not an advertising pixel, and does not receive quote or application form payloads. It is kept in private operational records under the Data retention terms above.
