Commercial buyer FAQ

SkyPSI serves mid- and high-rise commercial properties including office buildings, hotels, senior living communities, medical facilities, multifamily and HOA communities, parking structures, and retail or mixed-use developments. A quick site review confirms whether drone access is the right fit.

Pricing depends on building height, total surface area, the type of cleaning required, and site access conditions. We prepare a fixed-scope quote after reviewing your property, so there are no surprises.

Not every surface is ideal for drone cleaning. We match the method to the material – soft washing for delicate finishes like stucco and EIFS, pressure washing for durable masonry and concrete, and purified-water cleaning for exterior glass. A method-fit review is part of every quote.

Most projects are completed in a few hours to one or two days, depending on size and scope. We schedule work to minimize disruption to tenants, guests, and daily operations.

SkyPSI operates under FAA Part 107 certified pilots and carries commercial liability insurance appropriate for exterior cleaning projects. Documentation is available upon request.

Every project includes a weather and airspace review. Flights are conducted only in safe conditions, and we coordinate with property teams if scheduling needs to shift due to wind, rain, or restricted airspace.

You receive proof-of-completion documentation including before-and-after media when applicable, so your team has a clear record of work performed and results achieved.

Yes. Alongside drone façade work we clean parking structures, plazas, sidewalks, entrances, and loading docks. Most property teams bundle it with the façade so it's one visit, one access plan, and one set of documentation.

Yes. We clean interior glass, windows, partitions, atriums, and skylights from inside the building. This service is scheduled after hours or in low-traffic windows and can be bundled with our exterior drone cleaning.

Every SkyPSI operator is certified and completes our internal 40-point qualification before working on a client property, covering Part 107 currency, equipment handling, pressure and nozzle control, surface judgment, site logistics, site safety, and job documentation.
