Buy the Drone, Buy a System, or Build With Support?
Buying equipment gives you control, but no customers. A franchise bundles a brand, rules, fees, and support, but still must prove local demand. A supported Operator program can sit between them: keep your own brand while buying equipment access, training, and support. SkyPSI's public starting point is $3,000 per month. Guaranteed work belongs only to the matched offer that includes it and begins after qualification.

Choose the model that fills your real gap
Buy direct when you already own demand, crews, estimating, insurance, a ground system, and commercial operating discipline. Use an OEM subscription when equipment access, software, upgrades, or manufacturer support are the main gaps. Consider a franchise only when its brand, system, restrictions, and local lead evidence justify its full fee stack.
Choose a supported Operator path when you want to keep your own business identity but need professional equipment, manufacturer and hands-on commercial training, front-line support, and, when the matched offer includes it, a bridge from practice to one separately paid commercial cleaning job after qualification.
[03]
Ask five questions before you sign
Who owns the brand and customer? What is the all-in recurring cost? What equipment, ground system, insurance, people, and working capital are excluded? Is the promised opportunity a lead, a quote, or a signed paid job? What happens during downtime and at the end of the relationship?
SkyPSI starts at $3,000 per month. The matched offer that includes guaranteed work provides one real, separately paid commercial cleaning job after qualification. Sales confirms exact offer fit and terms. Later work may be offered as SkyPSI wins suitable property contracts, but it is not guaranteed.
