Rappelling and rope-descent crews know the visible wash is one part of a commercial clean. Scope, anchors or access, weather, pedestrian control, water, glass condition, detailing, documentation, and customer expectations all have to be managed.
A drone can replace worker-at-height access on suitable exterior sections. The work below the aircraft stays, and some elevations need another method.

Add the water and ground system
Pure-water glass work depends on water quality. A typical setup uses sediment and carbon prefilters, reverse osmosis where source water requires it, and deionization resin to polish dissolved solids. Operators monitor total dissolved solids and replace media based on measured output.
The aircraft needs pumps, hose management, power, water storage or supply, transport, maintenance, and at least a pilot plus ground support. Existing cleaning companies often own much of that operating discipline.

Survey the property by elevation. Mark the sections suited to drone delivery, the sections that need poles, lifts, ropes, or hand work, and the finish standard for each. Bid the complete clean, then choose the right method inside it.
