How to Get Commercial Drone Cleaning Work
Get commercial drone-cleaning work by choosing a narrow property type, building a property list, finding the responsible buyer, leading with the cleaning outcome, showing credible proof, asking for a site review, and following up consistently.

6 STEPS
Property to follow-up
Keep the public playbook useful and the execution system disciplined.
[01]
Pick one commercial wedge
Start with one property type and one visible problem: office glass, hotel exteriors, multifamily facades, or another scope your crew can finish. Build a geographic list of properties that match the equipment, crew, and service radius.
Do not lead with a drone demo. Lead with the maintenance result, the access problem, and why the property should review a different method now.
[02]
Reach the responsible buyer
The right contact may sit in property management, facilities, engineering, operations, procurement, or ownership. Use a short message tied to the actual property. Show that you have looked at the building and ask for one reasonable next step, usually a site assessment or scope conversation.
Proof should answer buyer risk: relevant before-and-after work, insurance readiness, site controls, method-fit judgment, and a clear correction path. Never fabricate a testimonial or promise a result that still needs review.
[03]
Run the follow-up and delivery loop
Track property, contact, last touch, next action, scope status, estimated value, and outcome. Follow up with a new reason, not the same generic message. A useful property observation, maintenance window, or scope question can reopen the conversation.
SkyPSI's full commercial Operator pathway includes weekly advisory marketing support because Operators need to become excellent at operating, not pretend to be a full-time agency. The Operator owns and executes the plan; results and later work are not guaranteed.
