The building market spans many scales
The U.S. Energy Information Administration's 2018 Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey estimated 5.9 million U.S. commercial buildings and 96.5 billion square feet of floorspace. Its size tables range from buildings under 5,000 square feet to buildings above 500,000 square feet.
