How a SkyEstimate is built
A SkyEstimate multiplies a building's exterior wall area by a per-square-foot rate and a regional factor. The result is a low, a most likely and a high price for the job.
The formula
- Wall area: the building's perimeter times its wall height. How wall area is measured
- Rate: the band for the service. Rates for every service
- Regional factor: 0.94 to 1.07 times the Texas baseline, by state. Regional price factors
- Minimum job value: $5,000. The minimum job
What adds to a job
- Difficulty raises window and wash lines by a percentage.
- Access and permit costs add a flat price per week or day.
- Water towers price as one job.
Services and methods

Model and grade
